selling business model incorporating all of our green sustainability resources which
reward our Business Affiliates (BA) for their effort whilst helping green our planet
through the strategic allocation of these resources. This is not a MLM business,
as remunerations come from direct profit sharing and any work you complete. Importantly
you will enjoy leveraged income from effort of your “Affiliate Teams” set up and
managed by you electronically with our programs after you have completed our online business training programs.

Due to the nature of this business opportunity, MainStreet is acquiring strategic
property and other assets which will provide home base for each of the above sustainability
projects. This will also underpin the financial security of the public company for
the betterment of its Shareholders. These assets include, a wholesale Nursery, utilising
our Agriponic™ Technology to produce
Casava and
Paulownia tree mother stock and a number of conservation land banks in Sth
East Queensland for our Koala Green™ project. MSM Business Affiliates will in time
be able to visit these locations and see first -hand what they are participating
in and globally web cam technology will be installed so that you and your Affiliate
Team can watch and monitor business development progress.
